I bought my tickets but…

If you have purchased tickets to Evil Dead The Musical directly through our website and would like to change the date on your tickets, you can do so directly through the self-service portal up to 48 hours before your original date.

Go to the email you received from Vivenu, click “Show Ticket” and then click on “Rebook”.

Please note that you can purchase a Flex ticket for $5 more, which allows you to reschedule your ticket as many times as you need. Otherwise, you can reschedule your ticket for a $9.99 fee. (Taxes may apply). Please note that rescheduling fees are charged per ticket.

Last-minute reschedule requests will not be honoured. In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24 hours from your scheduled time slot.

The name on your tickets serves as buyer information only, and there is no change of name required.

Anyone in your party who has access to the tickets can use them.

If you have purchased tickets to Evil Dead The Musical directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please go to starvox-entertainment-iqga.vivenushop.com/support to have this rectified.

The show does contain coarse language and adult themes. However, we leave attendance to the discretion of parents/guardians. As long as children are accompanied by an adult, we will not deny entry.

All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Ticket prices are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Show info

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the show, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Please note the theatre does not provide coat check.

  • Food of any type is not permitted in the gallery
  • Any item deemed by show security or venue management to be inappropriate
  • Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters are not permitted
  • Camping chairs
  • Tripods

Photography – Please note that taking photos and videos during the performance is prohibited. Photos and videos can be taken in the lobby area, but not of the performers.

  • Service animals – for non-traditional service animals, please contact us before your visit

Prohibited items will not be stored by venue management or on-site.

Evil Dead The Musical reserves the right to amend the above restrictions without notice. If you are unsure about an item you are bringing with you, please contact us for more information.

The doors open 30 minutes before the show. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to show time. For entry times, please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS.

This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised.

Masks are not required for entry to the show. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent handwashing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

Accessibility

The main entrance to the Bathurst Street Theatre on Lennox St. is accessible by stairs only.

The accessible entrance is on the same side of the building just west of the main entrance; the door to the theatre is inside the lobby on the left. Please proceed to the back of the theatre to get checked in. The lobby, concessions, and orchestra level of the theatre are accessible. The balcony is accessed by stairs only. Accessible seating is available at the orchestra level. If you require further assistance with accessible seating, please contact us so we can assist with arranging it.

Public washrooms are located one level below the theatre via stairs. There is one accessible washroom located on the main floor beside the theatre. Curbside drop-off/pick-up is possible on Lennox St. or Bathurst St.

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

Location, parking & transit

Hwy #401 to Bathurst Street exit, then south on Bathurst. Randolph Theatre is located one block south of Bloor St. on the west side of Bathurst.

OR

QEW to the Spadina Road exit, North to Bloor Street, then West on Bloor to Bathurst Street. South on Bathurst.

The closest subway station is Bathurst station on Line 1 of the TTC. The theatre is one block south of Bathurst St. And Bloor St. on the west side of Bathurst.

The 511 Bathurst Streetcar route runs north and south up to Bathurst subway station at Bloor St. The closest streetcar stop is directly across from the theatre at Bathurst St and Lennox St.

The 7 Bathurst Bus route runs north and south down to Bathurst subway station at Bloor St. The closest bus stop is at Bathurst subway station.

There is no parking on site.

There are surface parking lots in the general vicinity of Randolph College. The closest Green P lot is Carpark 51 at 365 Lippencott St., one block east of Bathurst St. Be advised that Randolph College is not directly affiliated with any of the parking lots in the area. We advise that you provide yourself with ample time in case of difficulty finding parking.
